About

Graeme Rooney is a Scottish actor, voiceover artist, comedy writer, and presenter — known for bringing characters (and rooms) to life with energy, humour, and heart. Trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he’s since performed in the West End, starred in hit shows across BBC, Netflix, Amazon and ITV, and co-created the BBC2 comedy The Ginge, The Geordie and The Geek.

Originally from Glasgow/Blairgowrie, Graeme has always loved making people laugh — whether through bold characters, sharp scripts, or improvised moments that catch everyone off guard. His writing has been commissioned for both TV and stage, and his voice has fronted everything from national ads to animated misfits.

He’s also an experienced live host and MC, having fronted events at The O2 Arena, comedy nights with Peter Crouch, and big-brand shows for Meta and Boxpark — always bringing good energy, good timing, and a solid pair of shoes.

When he’s not performing, Graeme’s usually watching football, planning his next hols, having a cheeky pint, or getting far too invested in crime documentaries.
